If you feel like you're on a never ending treadmill of busy, and every day there are more and more things being added to your to-do list with no time to get them all done, you're not alone. 

So many women are feeling suffocated by the stress of keeping up with the societal demands of the modern day woman. 

The physical, mental and emotional load that women are faced with is becoming overwhelming to their nervous system. They feel burnt out trying to 'do it all' for everyone else, leaving no time or energy for themselves. They cope with the exhaustion by numbing out with food, wine, mindless scrolling... and then beat themselves up for doing the thing that has become their lifeline for survival.

But what if I told you it wasn't supposed to feel like this? What if I told you, that it is entirely possible to live in a state of ease and flow - consistently? 

I know... because I've been THAT woman too.

 Following my divorce, I was stuck in the cycle of scarcity, carrying with the heavy weight of betrayal trauma. My gut was a mess, my skin was constantly breaking out, all red and itchy, and I couldn’t figure out why.

Deep down, I believed I wasn’t good enough. I tied my sense of self worth to my weight, and to how much money was in my bank account. I thought if I looked a certain way or achieved a certain status, I’d finally feel worthy.

But no amount of dieting or workaholism fixed the stress and anxiety that was running my life. When I prioritised work, I'd feel like I was failing as a parent - and when I went all in with my kids, I felt the stress of reduced income.

t wasn’t until I started the real inner work and going all in with myself that I began to come into alignment with HER. I started digging into the beliefs that were holding me backend soon discovered that the problem wasn’t my body, or my bank account - it was my mind.

Undergoing study with some of the most reputable healers in the modern era, I trained in a multitude of holistic modalities that taught me how to let go of the limiting beliefs that were keeping me in victimhood. 

I learnt to embody the energy of HER

Learning how to choose myself first was the catalyst that caused everything else in my life to shift. I stopped chasing emotionally unavailable men, and started attracting men who genuinely loved and cared for me. I was able to show up as my authentic self - now that I knew who she was! This gave me the confidence to build true friendships with people who were on a similar mission to me.

As my confidence grew, so did my bank account. l started to experience financial abundance, bringing in more money per year than what my husband and I would bring in combined, without the constant struggle. I stopped chasing perfection and started living in alignment with my purpose; attracting clients with ease, until my calendar was booked out 6 month ahead.

Now, I live in a near constant state of peace, happiness and abundance, embodying the energy of HER. It's a far cry from where I was 4 years ago - and it's my wish that all women find HER too.

This is not just another coaching program—The HER Blueprint is a powerful, transformational journey. Over the course of 5 weeks, you’ll join a supportive group of women just like you on live Zoom calls every week. These calls are where the magic happens. Together, we’ll dive deep into each theme, uncovering and releasing the trauma, limiting beliefs, and emotions that have been holding you back. All calls are recorded and uploaded to a private video library, giving you lifetime access to return and revisit the lessons anytime you need them.

These 2 hour calls are where we dive deep into the work. We will be getting straight into releasing the blockages that you may have in each area, and as a group, we will work on connecting the new neuro pathways for your success as HER. 

The calls will match the weeks set out in the workbook, for you to complete the preparation work before the session. 

Questions may be submitted ahead of time in the group chat, and there will also be 10 mins left at the end of each call for Q+A.

 

What if I Can't Make the Live Calls?

Every call will be recorded and uploaded to your personal member’s portal. You’ll have lifetime access to revisit them anytime, and can do the release work from the recordings.  

Do I have homework to do? 

I set weekly tasks to help you continue the integration of your HER HABITS at home. The tasks are optional, however to get the most out of the program, I strongly encourage you to take the tasks seriously. This is how I have had a 100% success rate with my clients in 1:1 coaching containers - I set them daily tasks to do, and hold them accountable for DOING THEM. As magic as this work is, the real magic is in cultivating the lifetime habits, beliefs and mindset that will ensure you continue living as HER - forever.
