This work began on my living room floor, with four kids in tow and a dysregulated nervous system following an emotionally taxing divorce that nearly broke me.

What started as personal survival became deep spiritual reclamation. I sought out mentors from across the globe who held the answers to self healing that I desperately craved. Through subconscious reprogramming, somatic release, frequency healing and real integration… I rebuilt my life.

I created this Academy to show others they could too. Because no matter how far you’ve fallen out of resonance, there is always a way back to who you really are.
